1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using logotype.ai ("Service"), operated by Mesh s.r.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Czech Republic with its registered office at Pricna 4, Prague 1, 110 00, Czech Republic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Logotype.ai is an AI-powered logo generation and brand guidelines creation service. Users can create logos using artificial intelligence, customize brand elements, and export assets for commercial use.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System

Logo generations require credits
Each generation produces multiple logo variants
Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire

Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed monthly
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds for partial months

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused credit purchases within 14 days. Contact support@logotype.ai for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the brand information you provide (business names, taglines, etc.). You represent that you have the right to use any names or trademarks you submit.

Generated Logos

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the logos generated through our Service for any commercial or personal purpose. This includes:

Business branding and marketing
Products and merchandise
Digital and print media
Trademark registration (subject to local trademark laws)

Free Tier

Logos generated on the free tier include a watermark and are licensed for preview purposes only. Commercial use requires a paid plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
Create logos for illegal activities or hate groups
Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
Abuse the Service through automated means
Resell generated logos as a competing service

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate logos. While we strive for originality, we cannot guarantee that generated designs will not resemble existing logos. It is your responsibility to:

Conduct trademark searches before commercial use
Verify the uniqueness of chosen designs
Modify designs if necessary to ensure distinctiveness

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED LOGOS WILL BE SUITABLE FOR TRADEMARK REGISTRATION.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Previously generated and downloaded logos remain licensed per Section 5.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
